Refunds are not available in cases of injury or unavailability, however a player may choose to give their roster spot to a replacement player as long as the following conditions are met:
The replacement player must be approved by the league manager. And the player leaving the team (being replaced) needs to fill out this Typeform
The player giving up their spot will be required to give up their spot for the remainder of the season and will not be allowed to return to the team that season.
Replacement players are not allowed to drop-in on a per game basis. The replacement has to be permanent.
The player giving up their roster spot must give the replacement player their jersey and shorts.
The replacement player must register online before playing in any games.
Replacement player does not have to pay, as long as the original player (one being replaced) has paid the fee in full.
Ask your league manager for more details.
Request to add a replacement player must be submitted to the league manager by email.
In order for a replacement player to be eligible for playoffs:
Must have played a minimum of 3 games.
Must be replacing a specific player.
Must be approved by the location league manager.
Violation of ANY of these rules will lead to an automatic forfeit.
